Shipping policy

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Method We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Priority Mail typically delivers within 1–3 business days after shipment, though delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed by USPS.

3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

4. Tracking All USPS Priority Mail shipments include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

5. Delivery Issues Once a package is in the hands of USPS, Laugh Family Love Co is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting USPS directly with your tracking number.

6. Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.
