ALL SALES FINAL

All sales at Laugh Family Love Co are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our gently used clothing, books, and games, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason.

Why All Sales Final? Each item in our shop is a pre-loved, one-of-a-kind piece. Because we cannot resell a returned item as the same unique find, all purchases are considered final at the time of sale.

Before You Buy We encourage you to review all product photos, descriptions, and noted condition details carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions about an item's condition, size, or details, please contact us before purchasing.

Exceptions The only exception to this policy is if an item arrives significantly not as described (e.g., wrong item shipped). In that case, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
